Planking became big in my school from doing the actual workout planks but with a twist. Your elbows will be like tucked into your stomach area putting pressure on it and you balance your body on your hand that are like stomach to right above your crotch depends on your arm and torso length but randomly me and my buddies would do it in class to see who could not only balance but hold themselves the longest once the 7-8 of us did it for a few weeks randomly people would just get up and start doing the balancing plank thing and my buddies an I were like wait did we like start something here like atleast in our school we definitely did because it wasn’t just laying flat planking was a workout whether you balanced it or did an actual plank workout
