Both are good ranked colleges if comparing specifically GSVM better than Agra. Moreover, SNMC has very poor infra & you will not be getting hostels in first year so that's not the prob with you as ur home is in agra. Now,decide accordingly.
Your documents will be verified acc. to application form & admit card. Agr application form fill karte tym obc ka certificate lagaya hai then no problem.
