Brilliant! & succinct. I love it that you just quickly showed what to do without taking aaaaaggges like so many do. These bins are exactly what I want. Well done you 😁😁😁. Cheers from New Zealand
Honeyyyy, thank you for this, cause I’ve been cringing at the cost of 20 of them. 😂💕💕💕 I have fabric and interfacing and some old sheets for the lining.
Straightforward and easy to follow instructions. Thank you for posting this! I've been wanting to make my own, but not wanting to put cardboard into the bins. You earned a new subscriber. :D
Hello, it would be great if you would reply. Instead of using a lining can I just use the same fabric that I am using and make it a thicker layer. As in i will put 4-5 pieces of the same fabric and make it one piece, because I think that will provide it the necessary stiffness it needs.
Don't know if you're still interested, but the fabric she's using for the outside was just a curtain she had on hand. I didn't catch what she used for the lining. However, you could really use lots of different things, to match your aesthetic or decor. Quilting cotton is a good place to start if you are unsure, or if you want a little more texture/ weight try "home decor" fabric like brocade or canvas. I'd suggest staying away from very light things like chiffon. :)
Best diy how to I see so far
I love this tutorial. I think for my needs, I will also create an 11x11x11" insert with foam board from dollar store
Wonderful!
Honestly first tutorial I found on this and the only one I’ll need thank you so simple and easy to understand perfect video
Exactly, the same thing. This is so far the most perfect tutorial.. except, the part. I don’t understand which part she sew individually at the end
So much simple and easier to understand than the other tutorials I've watched today.
Terrific video. So clear and fun to watch. Thanks for taking time to share.
Very nice and perfect shape. I like the idea of open in inner fabric to pull out to get perfect stitching with nice closed border.

When you use steam the interfacing adheres easily. Dampening the curtain fabric would have helped you a lot.
Thanks for the tutorial ☺️
Thanks for the tip.

Thank you for showing how you turn the corner while sewing the bottom square. That has always messed me up.
How awesome, you made it look super easy!! Can you tell if cardboard can be inserted in to make it more sturdy? Thanx
