Need to stop pressuring me, this pressure has contributed to the problem. The bullying and accusing. I'm eating like a normal person for the next few weeks so I stop this addiction and heal. I'm learning healthy behaviors. Forcing me to intermittent fast for 3 years isn't healthy, it creates a lack and binge mentality. I'm grounding myself learning moderation then I will diet again.
