My IR impact wrenches pf 25 years started to do that as well. Turned out I had to rebuild the valve seats and now they work great. Thanks for this video!
@@iainportalupi Ya I work at a shop that fixes power tools and thats what I do for noname chinesse stuff (just mix n match o-rings). The next problem you will have is when the vanes fail/wear out. But considering the price it'll probably be just as cheap to just buy a new one.

Hey Ian if it fails again just go to a hardware store and get a generic o-ring that is slightly thicker and that should solve your problem.
