I have a gluten intolerance and found Kamut a year or so back. It is a game changer for sure! I can have "good" bread and bake goods again! I get my kamut from the Food Nanny.
Kamut is my favorite form of wheat. It has a slightly "buttery" taste for grain as well as a warmer yellow color for a grain product. My sister, who is a microbiologist, says that is probably because it contains the same compound that makes butter taste buttery.

It's hard to say overall because it took us many years to make the transition. Also, many of the products I buy from Azure I can't even get here locally. For example, wheat berries is not something I've seen at our local store.
So how does it work with ordering and items being in stock? Is it whoever pays first gets items and the item count decreases? Is that why customers are more likely to get what they order if they keep an eye on the number of items available? We just got an email telling us everything we ordered is shipping!
Oh good to hear! So stock is actually not deducted from until the items are pulling for shipping. So in other words, it is whoever's order ships first that gets first dibs on product, not who pays first.
