I'm a biggest fan and love the advice you recommend. What helped with my hair fall control are potato juice, Apple cider vinegar mix with water application after washing, eggmask, liitllleextra cocooniion hair oil shampoo hair conditioner, and green tea. All this methods and I no longer experience hair fall any longer.
I've been using Cocoonioon shampoo and Reacttivate hair serum for about 4 months now and really amazed by the results. My hair fall has reduced a lot and my hair's texture has gotten better to a better. Now, I’ve noticed new growth appearing since last week. This was the most happier moments of my experience.
Mam what helped me for my hair growth and reduced hair fall is this. My routine includes applying Cocoonioon hair oil by littelextra, washing my hair, using a hair mask for my hair and scalp, and applying conditioner after my hair dries. In the evening or after washing, I use a few drops of reactivate hair growth serum by Littelextra every other day. On the third day, I rinse my hair and reapply the mask if it feels dry. Then, it's back to the serum on the fourth day, followed by a hair wash on the sixth day. This way, the serum lasts me around 2 months. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this serum. My scalp is in good condition, my hair loss has decreased, and I can see my hair becoming denser with each passing week.
I massage my scalp with littleelextra cocoonion oil and wash it with with its cocooonion shampoo,,,, this has given me good results for hair fall reduction

Healthy diet Drink enough water Trim your hair regularly Avoid heating your hair like dryer, curler Don't roughly use towel Use microfiber hair wrap Don't use hot water use lukewarm water Use shampoo on scalp and conditions on hair Avoid touching your hair Brush gently Don't brush wet hair Cover you hair in cold weather Massage with oil Oil recipe - 15-20 curry leaves 1 teaspoon spoon methi 1 Small onion 1/2 cup Coconut oil Recipe- Boil all the ingredients together and then let it cool and then strain it afterwards P.S. - store in bottle in use it for two days and use after two days Hair mask- Ingredients- 1 sliced Banana Honey Yogurt Recipe- Mashed banana 2 tablespoon Yougurt 1 teaspoon honey P.S.- Apply and Use shower cap after that so that it does not drip . After 30-40 minutes wash your hair and don't use conditionar after that

I use the hair mask with 4 spoon yogurt, 1 spoon honey and one spoon lemon juice for dandruff issues. It definetly has helped me a lot in my dandruff problem. And yes mam the honey does makes the hair so soft I just love using this mask. Once my dandruff issue is completely over, i will try adding banana as you recommended.

Avoid heating your hair like dryer, curler
Don't roughly use towel
Use microfiber hair wrap
Don't use hot water use lukewarm water
Use shampoo on scalp and conditions on hair
Avoid touching your hair
Brush gently
Don't brush wet hair
Cover you hair in cold weather
Massage with oil
Oil recipe -
15-20 curry leaves
1 teaspoon spoon methi
1 Small onion
1/2 cup Coconut oil
Recipe- Boil all the ingredients together and then let it cool and then strain it afterwards
P.S. - store in bottle in use it for two days and use after two days
Hair mask-
Ingredients-
1 sliced Banana
Honey
Yogurt
Recipe-
Mashed banana
2 tablespoon Yougurt
1 teaspoon honey
P.S.- Apply and Use shower cap after that so that it does not drip . After 30-40 minutes wash your hair and don't use conditionar after that

I use the hair mask with 4 spoon yogurt, 1 spoon honey and one spoon lemon juice for dandruff issues. It definetly has helped me a lot in my dandruff problem. And yes mam the honey does makes the hair so soft I just love using this mask. Once my dandruff issue is completely over, i will try adding banana as you recommended.

@Tanvi Sharma I didn't try the mask. I tried the hair oil. I use it everyday now. My hair loss has decreased 80%. Make sure every time you make fresh oil. I tried storing it but it's effect reduces if stored.
