Yup, that was Harvey's Chill Bill voice. She probably could make a duet out of herself and herself if she wanted to. And Coco also had two distinctly different voices in this track.
For Harvey i think it’s perfect that she can do both and this tone suits better here and her iconic tone that she is known for comes in handy for some other styles more playful ones
