By the "Word" you mean the Bible, correct? If so did you know the Bible supports the enslavement of people? It actually tells us that keeping slaves is appropriate. I’m from Haiti and my friend told me a story of how she went to a church and the people were like control. The “pastor” would blow on the audience and everyone fell except her and her sister and mother.” The preacher was like “some people are not cooperating so we need to blow harder!” She said the pastor blew and she felt like she was about to go down but she kept praying in her heart. She said it was the craziest and scariest thing she ever been part of.
I got called an unbeliever under almost that same circumstances. I walked out and handed an usher my offering before leaving their foolishness. Another pastor claimed no one was leaving until a certain amount was placed in the offering. My friend and I got up and walked out as if daring anyone to touch us.😂
Yup there was a “pastor” from Haiti who visited a church a went to and my spirit felt unease. I didn’t feel fear but as in I didn’t trust the man. He started praying over people and prophecies. He prayed for my mom and said the strangest things that would happen in the future. It’s almost like he was fortune telling. My mom also felt so off about the guy. I never said anything about it at church just in my head. So God forgive me if I was wrong 😭

I am from South Africa and the situation is very sad because many false teachers open churches as businesses because manu are gullible. It has the highest number of churches in the world. But no change.

I hail from SA too and this deeply saddens me. They say SA is 80% Christian, yet a report that came out from the Department of Cultural Affairs I think it was, but I was in that meeting, saying at least 80% say they practice ancestral worship along with their Christian faith. This is NOT Christian. Many of these sly foxes try pastor a church for greed and power, do not preach repentance and the Gospel, and employ demonic mind control over their flock. The people you see are hungry to find God, but these wolves deliberately go out to deceive them.

Something has been happening with me lately and I believe it has been brought on by the Holy Spirit… I’m becoming like extremely sensitive and increasingly intolerant of iniquity (false teaching/false signs and wonders included). It’s like a repulsion and distaste for iniquity coming on me very strong. I believe this is God’s will for my sanctification.
I always wonder how people are so easily mislead by people like this. There’s no way they read the Bible for themselves. There’s no way you can be filled with the holy spirit and be in this church
I don’t want to stereotype but as someone with African descent (Nigerian-British) there is a culture of almost everyone going to church. There is a community of your neighbour, your friend, your relative probably all going to the same or similar churches. It took the pandemic for my mum and I to have our eyes open to a toxic church we were at. I was going because my mum was going and even when we left we got calls from ppl about why we left. And as Isaiah mentioned there’s mind control as well.
Same as people being misled to give thousands of dollars so God can heal them.

I remember seeing and experiencing some weird stuff. I remember one meeting where everyone getting prayer was falling and I momentarily wondered if I should fall just to fit in, because I never fell during prayer and I suspected that some people were just falling on purpose. I decided not to be fake and the pastor came around, praying and gradually pushing so hard on my forehead that I almost fell just from my center of gravity being off, because I was totally bent back. He finally moved on, though, and I was relieved.
In contrast, I’ve had experiences where someone touched my forehead so gently and my legs were like jello - I know falling isn’t necessarily fake, but you definitely don’t have to physically push people onto the floor.
Another time I visited a friend’s church and everyone started laughing uncontrollably for a long time. I was the only one not laughing in a room full of people and again, I felt like a lot of people were just laughing to fit in. It was odd.
Another time I saw a woman acting like a chicken - bobbing her head and scratching the floor with her feet in front of the congregation.
I’ve seen a lot of genuine stuff and some weird stuff over the years.

I watched an interview of a man who was literally born a satanist. Incredible testimony. His name is Gabriel Estevão. He gave his life to Christ. He mentioned that in his dealings with the occult, that pastors make deals with demon/evil angels (fallen angels) to perform miracles and demonic healings. This pastor could have made that same deal.

This reminds me of a hypnosis show I saw at a fair years ago. The guy was making the people who were hypnotized do the most foolish and embarrassing things. So sad to see this happen in a “church”
Hypnosis shows are very dangerous, people who aren't in the show get hypnotized and sometimes not released and leave and do the stupid things still.

I’ve been in a meeting like this. The “evangelist” was from Ireland I believe, and he was just creepy - he had a predatory look to his eyes. I was the only one in the whole room who didn’t go up for prayer. I saw him pray for one guy and the kid fell into a trance, moving around as this man waved his hands around his head. I’ve NEVER seen a true minister operate like that and was so thankful for discernment!

The realization that I've been lied to for so many years is truly heartbreaking. My poor mother fell for the lies these frauds would preach and sadly that cost her her life. I'm just glad my suspicions were confirmed, I never really had a good feeling about those types of churches.

I watched a testimony yesterday about an ex occultist who is now a preacher in Africa and he said pastors in Africa would come to him to get powers from him when he was full of demons. This is the kind of power those preachers would come to him to get.
I saw that testimony too!! And what’s crazy is I started watching other people’s testimonies who were high up in the occult, they would say the same thing. That PASTORS would try to get “powers” from them. This is so sad.

Dear Pastor Isaiah, thank you for bringing to the forfront what's needed! You are a genuine soul who doesn't bash other ministries who are truly doing God's will. I am heart sickened with what many of the Body of Christ who are slandering other Pastors just because someone accused them of a wrong doing😢 my heart goes out to the ministeries that are truly suffering true pursecution from our own!!! What is it going to take to stop this onslaught???
