Thanks again Jonathan for comming out to see what we are all about at Lean2Rescue. You did a fantastic job with your narraration and videography regarding so many elements of the Adirondack Lean2. Finally, last but not least you really captured the important message that we need the next generation to step up to protect the resource. I challenge everyone watching this video to : " Give one day in the ADK" as part of your 2025 resolutions.
Thanks for taking the time to come out Jonathan, very well done. This is a great organization with a mission to keep these amazing shelters available for a few more generations. I have many happy memories of times spent with loved ones and friends in these ADK treasures, and I'm glad to be able to work in this community of like minded friends to keep them alive.
Great subject! I love this episode, I just supported and bought a patch for this organization! You’re doing awesome job of reporting on great things happening in the Adks!! Keep it up!😁
Thank you Jonathan and all the volunteers 👊🏻👍🏻 Preserving and restoring Lean-To history and trails is so important. God Bless 🙏🏻 Appreciate you always my friends 🫶🏻Thank you!
Cool video! I always wonder about these sorts of things. I would be very excited to see more videos on your channel about trail infrastructure, maintenance, and topics like that.
If you can’t donate your time try and to donate to your local club. For me it’s the Green Mountain club. Every little bit helps. Great job and thanks for all of your efforts. I retire next year and plan on also giving my time. Take care
Fantastic video! I've been a big fan of the Adirondack lean-tos and have spent a few nights in some around the Lake George area when I was working for the DEC. So impressed by them that we've started to plan on installing some here in the midwest where I live as well :) Great story
@@brantschneider3435 i’m actually finishing my hundred Highest tomorrow. I am hiking calamity Mountain via calamity slide and then when I descend I planned on red lining all of the East River Trail and I’m also going to check out that spur trail to the lean to you guys just did on this video.
Beautifully captured. Thanks for highlighting L2R!!

@@BrianHikesAllDay We have a few loose ends to tie up, on it but enjoy that new lean2 smell. lol
The younger folks are stuck busy working to survive. Only retirees and children have enough time to consistently volunteer.
