Cat stick up a tree. Gruesome Murder (cannot recall one, just an example). Traffic Status. They were all delivered with the same breezey style. This is the same. Puzzling. (I'm English btw).
I just don't understand why California hasn't thought about pumping and storing water from the Pacific Ocean to help fight wild fires. It's right there. Of course you'd have to desalinize it.
