These dessert challenges are downright frightening. I would much rather do pizza or burgers than a sweet challenge.

@Bosox Boston it’s all about what you eat in between these challenges ESPECIALLY the calories you have to eat less of you daily intake so you can burn off the extra calories from the challenge working out helps aswell burn of some of the extra sodium / calories but like they say what you eat is a major part of if you gain or lose weight so I probably on a diet till the challenge and is back to the diet after every challenge. The other who gain weight probably don’t watch there intake after the challenge so they just add to the extra calories so the body produces fat.

I would still rank the 20 pounds of ice cream as the most difficult you ever did.. but this is definitely a top 3.. We're not even into sweets regularly, but .. * wow* , we got a few sample goodies while we were there and could not believe how delicious they were. Got that blue cookie monster deal, and some cake thingies, and holy smokes, the butter tarts, with and without nuts. Either way.
