Since he seemed to like Nagissa and Keiichi, if she told him about the false accusations, he might have told her where the recorder was at, and to have the girls get the video. There is also the possibility that the girls hid the camera themselves, since he had been sexually harassing them in exchange for more customers being steered to them. But a lot of the hostess club clients are company execs that just go there to talk to a pretty girl and wind down after work. So, no cameras, please!

Even if he turns out to be the typical bad boss antagonist, I gotta say that Gonda is a bit different. He conducts his antagonism with Keiichi in a stoic manner with passable professional words rather than being such a loud smug ass prick like characters like him, that I thought for once he could have been a villain with a point... well, until everyone comes in with hard evidence anyway. That's when his stoic visage crumbles. I guess the shades help hide his face and expression?

And as he cannot afford that, the girls are then put in a mental box of "don't even think about it," which is reinforced by the length of his employment. Which means that, even if she stood nak'd in front of him, he'd be primed to think "¥3 mill trap" over "maybe she's into me."
Yeah, but at the same time, it's unrealistic. No girl would be THAT devoted to a dude who gets fired at whatever job. Trust me, women can be jerks most of the time, so don't expect to get that kind of treatment...
If you know you are innocent but you let random dude corner you and humiliate you like that without talking back and fighting for yourself, then maybe you deserve being bamboozled and taken advantad of. Stand for yourself, man. Don't let others manipulate you and use you.
That's easy for you to say, if you don't have any proof people won't even believe you and they rather believe someone who has more authority. Not to mention only those with high self-confidence can do that, but what about everyone else that low-self esteem.
I applaud Nagisa quitting to help MC and get away from that jerk, but they should have searched a new job right away. I hope they contacted that girl and they paid her for the jerk advances.
I don't think they can sue for wrongful termination, but I would love to see the club hire a lawyer for Nagisa and Keiichi to sue for compensation... basically taking the average of their last 3 months pay and having him pay them 12x that amount.
As for Mr Gonda, the ceo was furious with him and fired him from the host, not only he got fired but he also got sued by host girls who were harassed and abused by him for 3 million compensation damages when he stole 2 million yen. Mr. Gonda tries to find a new job but failed miserably and now he didn't have a home now after his wife kicked him out and divorced him after she found out what he did. And now he ended up to became homeless while being hunted down by debt collectors. What do you think of his punishment.
