Dr. Fixit Roofseal Top Coat Waterproofing Coating or paint is a waterproofing coating that can be used on roofs for repair water leakage. It is available in 1Lt., 4 Lt., 10 Lt. and 20 Lt. containers and a 20 litter container can cover about 200 to 250 square feet (with 3 coat).
The life of the coat is about 3 to 7 years depending upon surface conditions. Company claim maximum warranty on coating for 7 years. It is recommended that surface need to clean with wire brush and water first before applying of water proof coat.
After applying of first coat wait for about 6 hours for proper curing of surface. For the first coat we add water in roofseal in 50:50. 2nd and 3rd coat to be apply without water for better result.
