This year is my 4th time as spectator on TT, my tips as follows:
Skip the mountain section- it's boring, pick the spots where they fly by as close to your nose as possible, enhance your excitement.
Of all spots that milky mentions I agree only on one- ballacrye, nice long jump, rhencullen is not bad, I'd say 50/50.
Best overall for me is bottom of barregarow, they fly by just over a feet from your nose
Ballagarey aka ballascary is another good spot
    Ballacrye- long jump
Kirk Michael is not bad too
For those visiting first time bottom of bray hill is very good spot to get an idea at what crazy speeds riders fly

Are any of these areas prohibited now? Waterworks looks especially sketchy to stand.

You can’t watch after the jump at Ballacrye now, it’s all prohibited. You can watch actually at the jump, but not after it. And there’s not much room for spectators, so like he said ‘get there early!!!!’
