    U2 and Bono get a lot of shit for being pompous and/or pretentious, but Bono really seems to want to change the world for the better, and that's not pompous or pretentious at all.

    They are best friends.... U have no idea. Tbere is a great bond between Bono and Larry. U need a little context thw get them.

    U2 appears to be primarily the vehicle for Bono's massive ego (and to a lesser extent), "The Edge", who seems to have had a beenie surgically grafted to his head.
    OK, They created some memorable tunes 40 years ago but lately they have produced nothing of real substance.
    I thought I'd sit through the video to see if my opinions were unfounded. Sadly they remain exactly the same as before. I noticed that the band's founder, Larry Mullen Jr. never got a single word in or Adam Clayton for that matter. (That speaks volumes)
