That's how it goes my dude. My egr delete was about a 1 hour job but just getting 1 snapped off bolt took 3 hours alone.
That’s sweet bro!!! Pretty sure I’m gonna work with Dan on new turbo, tune and fuel pump to get some more power on my F550 tow rig!
Go with compounds I am just adding a charger a 75mm precision and keeping the valley charger the same. Cost you more $ but a better option if you love your 550 like I love my F250

Really liking your videos. Great job in the install. This truck is different than most in that you worked it , it’s no trailer queen ! Can’t wait to see how it turns out,my only concern for you is the turbo lag for daily driving with the non VGT turbo,once it lights I’m sure it’ll be a blast .

A 2015-2016 MBRP downpipe fits much better. Love this kit but for some reason I always have issues with 17+ down pipes fitting with it!

After u get your Snapon torque wrenched fixed always take at least one or all batteries out of it when you are done with it. They are flat rate repairable btw

This kit seems very much well thought out and put together good.
I ordered the emperor S366 journal bearing turbo kit and a warren 55% over fuel pump and an EZ Lynk w/ SOTF and Dan's custom tunes! Eagerly waiting for its arrival and i'll be doing the same thing to my rig. Love all your videos! Really got me exited to order these parts! Ready to wake this 2011 up!

How does SPE ask so much for a kit where every component does not fit properly, forcing you to fight with it, and ultimately, compromise the engineering? This isn't making any sense.
Why did you stick with the cp pump ? My understanding is they are a ti king time bomb

Is this turbo good for hauling I Max my truck out at 42,000 lb need something just as good out of the hole as mid-range and also wondering about the intake plantom thingy lol cannot find it on their website but wondering if this turbo will work on my cab and chassis 2011 f550 6.7 of course

@@MW3HAXX are you happy with the 64.5? I just just installed a 369 but haven’t got on it yet but I was told by my tuner to take it easy for the 2-400 miles but so far it feels great
@@dnsbb8033 I like it. For where I’m at. I live at high elevation so the 64.5 is great. Ran it for about 20k miles. No regrets yet.
