Blake It seems that you are depressed, you need to come to Jesus Christ, he will give you peace and happiness, you don't know about it because you don't know how it feels to have Jesus in your life. But once you have Jesus you say: Wow he does gives you happiness and peace, how come I didn't do it before?, I wasted so much and the answer was always there sitting waiting for me, it was unnecessary to go so far to find nothing. There were so many nights of pain and confusion that I went through, but now that I'm in Jesus Christ I don't feel sad anymore, but surprisingly I'm happy instead, how could this be? And why they didn't tell me about Jesus before?
Confess Jesus Christ as your lord and savior and repent of your sin, (you are sad because of the sin that is within you. But Jesus christ takes out the sin out of your soul and then you feel happy and fulfilled because he takes it off of you, and then he fills you with his joy and the peace of the holy spirit and eternal salvation.
