I've seen his FB or Yt video helping the Cari Lobang videographer to help others.. improving the dish etc.. very kind indeed.. but a real pro.. and very business minded+ money conscious restaurantner world hardly do that! They're too busy running they're own business..lah! Do u honestly think they'll spare their time? Maybe only retired ones..! Some of them did that in the FB series.. Lastly.. Owning a restaurant is different from running a restaurant business for someone! The risk is different!

We don't add 5 spice powder for spring roll. Oyster sauce and a little dark soy sauce for flavour and colour🙂
