    Lobak Skin (Beancurd Sheet)
    Green Bean flour - 1 tablespoon
    Sengkuang - 100g
    Shallot - 5pcs
    Minced chicken - 250g
    Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
    White pepper - 3g
    Garlic - 2 cloves
    Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
    Five spices powder - 1 teaspoon
    Spring roll
    Sengkuang - 200g
    Carrot -100g
    Shallot - 4 pcs
    Garlic - 2 cloves
    Five Spices powder - half teaspoon
    Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
    Spring Roll Skin
    Pandan Chicken
    Pandan Leaves
    Chicken dice - 200g
    Turmeric - 50g
    Galangal - 50g
    Lemongrass- 3 stalk
    Otak - Otak
    Fresh fish - 500g
    Shallot - 100g
    Kaffir Lime Leaves - 4 pcs
    Turmeric - 50g
    Galangal - 50g
    Lemongrass - 3 stalks
    Daun Kaduk - 4 pcs
    Eggs - 2 pcs
    Garlic - 2 cloves
    ** For the salt and sugar, can be adjusted according by your taste.

    We don't add 5 spice powder for spring roll. Oyster sauce and a little dark soy sauce for flavour and colour🙂

      This is where you're wrong
      Chef Sugu first appears in a Chinese RUclips channel 跟着阿宏找 Lobang , putting much effort helping poor business hawkers on the brink of closing down
      To improve their recipes to earn a better living
      If I'm not wrong Chef Sugu was an executive chef , now day-to-day managing & running a F&B
      So sorry , what I want to say is he is not just a nobody trying to impart his cooking recipe in RUclips video
      I salute him & others skillful chef
      If can , you can go to his restaurant to taste his curry & delicacies
      I very much wanted to pay him a visit , maybe some day
      But I'm a Singaporean & it's a bit far to go Penang
      Need to take leave from work & so on...

I've seen his FB or Yt video helping the Cari Lobang videographer to help others.. improving the dish etc.. very kind indeed.. but a real pro.. and very business minded+ money conscious restaurantner world hardly do that! They're too busy running they're own business..lah! Do u honestly think they'll spare their time? Maybe only retired ones..! Some of them did that in the FB series..
      Lastly.. Owning a restaurant is different from running a restaurant business for someone! The risk is different!
