- I've tried to give them credit but it was hard, they were not meant to be together and they're were too many obstacles between them to actually let them be so the video doesn't look like much but I've tried to take all the most important moments they had... I was about to end the edit with Bash forced to watch Mary and Francis' wedding consummation but it was too hard to handle or even watch (I hate that scene so deeply it hurts), so I ended the way I felt they ended even tho I know they had a much more happier goodbye than this in the series, but it had to end the way i followed and I basically drawn them to a sad end.
I could have done much better with this but was a bit lazy I must say.. I've done plenty of edit about them, probably too much to spend some more hours on their case, if you wanna see all of it, it's here : • Reign / Mary Stuart - ...

The way I Miss them! They sadly weren't ment to be, but they will always be my favorite almost couple. They had me within the first episode and they still do. Deserved their Happy ending. Even if the writers wouldn't give them happiness.

I don't understand why some people paint bash as the villain. Mary was the one who kissed him first, she was the one who proposed that they legitimise him, she was the one who wanted that he marry her. And I'm not saying that she's the villain either, but i am definitely against the idea of painting bash as the bad guy.
I wish the writers had them be together in Scotland instead of phasing Bash out. Obviously she needed to marry someone of power, but they should’ve had them secretly be together or something. All that build up for nothing.
Heart breaking ... just heartbreaking. This woman is either loved because she's understood or she's hated because they don't get a queen that chose to follow her heart against all political pull, agendas or stringent beaurocratic dogma. Whether she really is one of my ancestral grandmothers or not, I understand the choices she made even if they didn't make her popular with court. Many of the people loved her and from the little I know of her, I'm one of them.

I love Mary with Francis, they were always going to love each other. But I love how this captures the real love Bash and Mary had as well. Definitely my favorite almost couple. Even throughout the series you can tell they still have love for each other. As much as I love the overall story of Mary and Francis, I loved Mary and Bash just as much.
Francis loved her too. They loved each other and tried to uphold their duty. They are not commoners and they don’t have the same freedom others do no matter how we may feel.

My opinion is that Bash Could’ve married heartbroken widowed Mary too help her heal, he could’ve Made her happy after his brother died well in a good way I mean for Francis Who knows Francis Would probably definitely agree, imagine Mary and bash Naming there first born son James Francis though. 😭

I love her with francis and bash I do think francis was her soulmate but the endgame should’ve been bash in Scotland but ik a queens duty is to her country first and her being with bash never would work it’s just so sad how much she had to give up to keep her country safe
