Who needs a hi-hiab when you have somebody with experience and determination. The bigger companies just want to rip you off to cover massive overheads. Great to see Malcolm giving you support😂😂👍
Fantastic and really interesting to watch the logic applied to removing safely and the consideration given to the customers property. Bravo, keep up the hard work and great content. 👍
Can I just say you are incredible! I was completely gripped throughout. How you come up with ways of defying odds is beyond me. Nice one mate as always. Look forward to the next. Keep safe ☺️
Brilliant Ben both the video and the job you made of that recovery! The look on Malcolms face when you were doing the West Country accent was a picture 😂
good morrow fine sir. i am a chauffeur and love that the recovery community have gents as nice as yourself. keep up the amazing vids and never stop being you!!
I've just got back from 2032, Sadly RUclips was shut down just when you hit 99k subscribers, you had to sell the plane due to a outbreak of heart conditions among pilots, You do become a millionaire, with the money from the plane you set up a second company Sleaford Hedge Repair , Branches all over Lincolnshire😁😁
Quite a nasty road that at the best of times so to say she kept it upright and came off quite lightly, well done lass. Great winchout too bud, all the best 🤟🏻🦆
I do try hard with the music, a little annoyed with the volume of the tune before the thumbnail bit, but that's my only gripe with this video. Too late now 😂
Brilliant job Ben, Like you say the customer was very lucky with the amount (or lack of) damage to the driver side, hope you show her the video of how you achieved the successful recovery of her car and amount of care you took to not cause any more damage, well done mate, have a great time in York too, one of my favourite places for a weekend away. All the best to you and Malcolm...By the way, please don't stop doing these video's, I saw the post earlier saying you were struggling with the youtube video's, keep up the great work mate, I, for one, really look forward to watching them, you are doing brilliant and I would be be devastated if you stopped, you definitely deserve more followers.
Looks like the poor woman flew off the road literally, the lack of skid marks and damage to verge . Watched a u tube vid about Disney and the link to the village , but can't remember what it was....im old ! Great vid as usual im binge watching your back catalogue. Just subscribed .
Nicely done! I’m intrigued as to how it went in. It’s almost as if it was dropped there, with no damage to the shrubs in front or behind and no obvious skid marks in the verge.
@@Fighting_Torque utmost respect brother... Like I said I really thought you would end up calling in a accident unit but perseverance pays off ...you deffo know what your capable off with the equipment you have I'm surprised it dragged Ronnie like that though
Well you had to work hard for that one. Seeing that just shows why your so good at what you do. Care and patience 👊 glad that bill was settled 👍 I could see quite a bit of the sticker this time 🤣😂 hope you're still positive as we are about the future 😘😘
Appreciate its expense but a small axe , saw , battery chainsaw might help with situations like that - from watching other people I've seen that . Nice to see Malcom . Matt .
😅Hi Ben, just watched the video omg wow your determination to get that vehicle out of that ditch was epic you and ronnie in armony like i mentioned before i have been a recovery operator for many years and come across many situations like this with only a spec lift and had to struggle on but you did good all credit to you and your apprentice Malcome great video btw what happened to my shout out😊😊😊
Hello Ben and travelling companion - what's your dogs name?? I have been in this area (on my littler motorcycle) quite a few tight bends on this narrow road! Just amazed at the way that you applied the straps and cable(s) to winch the car out - and with very little damage from the accident! Thought you could invest in a small chainsaw in your tool box - chop out the roots / hedge? Well impressed, hope that lady driver is recovering well? Best wishes from Leasingham
Again Ben done amazing work and saved this person hundreds of pounds well done 👏 thank for all you do and once again awesome content and the jack sparrow made 😂malcolm look beautiful as always give him cuddles and Stoke from me pls
@SleafordRecovery I appreciate you as well lost my mum July last year your content has kept Mr smiling through the hard times and shown me its okay to laugh and be okay so thank you Ben and malcom and the fleet
Planks under the wheels nearest the road to slide the wheels up on? Call me old fashioned but much prefer proper snatch blocks instead of soft shackles via a pulley. Good work though. Interesting idea of double pulley block for a side pull.
Yeah planks is a good point, might try that next time. The industry are properly pushing these soft shackles nowadays, they were really pushing them at the tow show last year. They've not let me down yet but I do agree, I feel a lot better when I have a bow shackle and metal snatch block.
there were photo's of Walt Disney in the pub, when he visited the village, my parents used to live there, I was in the army so only stayed two weeks when I got out Malcolm, wondering WTF are you on with that accent!!!
it's a very long time since I was there, but saw reference to the photo's in THe Village Idiot's channel, I also remember, being pissed and playing a certain type of ball game, with a certain type of spikey animal..... @@Fighting_Torque
Was the car a right off , or did they get it repaired , dont seem to take a lot these days to right a car off , i was turning into dorrington years ago a car ran into back of me, and they wrote that off , Roders
I have bought a Iveco daily crew cab 6.5 tonne tipper which I am going to convert into a spec lift , I was debating on whether to put a small hiab onto it (used one £3k ) . Would it get that much use to justify the extra weight it carries all the time . What's your thoughts ?
I think if you have the capacity to have one, then yeah they're great, but I've never had a job I haven't been able to winch out. Ultimately it comes down to speed, a HIAB would be a lot quicker.
Yeah totally, that's why I out the comment about her being liable for police recovery if I couldn't get it out. Think she wanted to avoid an insurance claim as a young driver
The most impressive thing is you made it all the way through a recovery without anyone yelling “you can’t park there mate” 😂
Yeah great point. Although it was the first comment left on the video 😂
