Hi Ben. Mug and card turned up thx. The map transitions in the video are a nice touch, we like how the editing is just getting better and better. A massive thanks for the shout out for Helen...... she was running around like some teenage groupie.... you really made her day 😂😂 Thx mate
Why do people think recovery drivers are unpayed taxi drivers as well. It really annoys me when people chance there arm and start getting aggresive is a definite no go. Only one winner in that argument. Keep up the great work Ben and desperate to see how the fleet expands.👍
I'm sure that was a clip of another lay-by you know Ben. The one you was in had tall trees 🌳 all around it 😂😂 I'll email you over the weekend and sort these lockers out bud
Good morning mate. Loved the vlog. Time to strengthen the rear suspension or axle. Cowboy car crushing is going to make a vlog to promote your channel. He has a range rover to crush. Best place for it lol.
Yeah it's tip top. Used it at 2am last night actually but unfortunately didn't have enough weight in Charlie to pull the vehicle out, even tripled up the cable. Had to go get Ronnie. But fair play the little winch dragged Charlie across the floor sideways
@@Fighting_Torque Ben Im not to clever at the moment, blooming cancer messing with me, but I have bought two 8 ton snatch blocks, My boy will contact you, as Im struggling a little at the moment, But the dolley for Charlie is here mate.
When you came out of horbling to the lay-by that’s the road you pulled that car out that another local company said was very tricky in another of your videos
Another brill video, I was near sleaford today I think I saw you on the A15 in the little spec lift I was heading to sleaford today (20/1), there's always some folk moaning or got bad attitude
Can't find it Ben. Can you give me a clue please? A grid reference, what three words, even a compass bearing. I just can't locate the clicky thing to join fighting torque. Loving the videos. The dodgy layby reminded me of my wife and me went to a place near Cromer, we had travelled from Derbyshire and stopped in a layby as we were early. Shortly after a car pulled in near us, the driver got out and started looking around the van ( a Merc Vito stealth camper) I realised what the score was and as we were sat in the back enjoying a brew I started rocking the van and the more it rocked the more desperate he tried to look in the back. He ran like hell when I let my dog out of the side door, she was a staffie crossed with a german shepherd, total softie but very vocal about strangers near her van. Keep up being a nice bloke, it isn't easy at time though.
Ha ha class story that mate. If you want to join then you may need to copy the buy me a coffee link into your Internet page. Let me know if that doesn't work
Evening Ben. I’m a bit backward / behind again on catching up with your content / videos. Sod that customer “offering you out “ ( wanting a fight / argument ) at that time of night / morning. Distracted much lol, Have I missed anything regarding new unit? I keep trying to think of some of the voices you make / do? Why do I keep getting Zippy from Rainbow ( tv show ) voice & or actions in my head? I could be completely wrong. But it is funny either way. Again some cool edits in the video. Charlie’s new design winch box does look cool, I did watch that video. Boxing the back would make more structural & security sense. Can’t wait to see you use the winch. Small world with knowing the family & What was actually wrong with Mazda? Ben, You really are a legend of a geezer. And I have to say you did know of / pull up @ a dodgy lay-by spot, surely you knew the repercussions / actions of being there 😂😊 but same time, anyone could of seen that you was doing a video regarding the truck. Daniel.
Ha ha yeah I've thought about it but they're notoriously weak where the bags sit in the chassis, and have been known to crack. I'm thinking of getting a different spec in the next few months so will hold off on the bags for now
@MrTransitdan I commented on your for sale post on FB. I would be interested because I really need something with a crew cab, but I don't have the funds atm unfortunately.
Could you put the hydraulic pump In the tray and make one cover for the lot ? Looks untidy at the moment. Your customer at 3a.m. was clearly some self entitled bell end . You can't believe what people are like
People are getting more argumentative by the day ! New project sounds intriguing, don’t take on too much at once though, new unit, RR transit we don’t want you burning out fella. 👍🏽😎
How do we know you actually left that lay-by!!, all I saw was you drive a few hundred yards down the lay-by never pulled out onto the road... Suspicious, very suspicious!!
I'm glad you're happy with the winch tray, it looks good in the daylight! We can get a housing on there soon!
Cheers for everything mate, catch up soon
Charlie’s done some superb work on Charlie. Ooh a new project, exciting!
He sure has...you'll have to stay tuned!
@@Fighting_Torque oh I will Ben

Soon as that bike pulled in i knew you were gonna say something about his clutch😂😂 if you see rodders tell him i said hi👋 keep up the good work ben👍
Will do pal 🤜🏼🤛🏽
Good stuff mate lookin better

The ring you welded on for a snatch block could also act as a lock when spec lift is up instead of relying on hydrolic ram, good vid stay safe.
Yeah good idea, it does have a locking bracket already though. But yeah that's a good shout
Great channel and your a top man Ben I kind of wanna break down just so I can meet you and have a larf mate 😂
Ha ha, always a giggle in my trucks pal
I have never had any issues in laybyes. I must be going to the wrong places 😂

Ah mate that'll be lovely of him to do that! Thanks for the comment pal, I am tempted to fit bags but also tempted to sell and upgrade tbh
Cheaper to upgrade what you got. If its not broke don't fix it.

Not really sure what was up with the car in the end, I very rarely find out. Ha ha love the zippy reference 😂
Nice winch setup. It’s coming along. I’m innocent so have zero idea what happens in lay-bys 😂
Stay safe 💪
Best to avoid them 😂
@@Fighting_Torque I’m not sure where else to take a 45 😵😂
Fun fact: as well as being the chicken murdering capital, Anwick was the birthplace of Bernie Taupin, Elton John's songwriter.

Yeah it's only a small one mate, 4500lbs, I have the big dog if I ever need more.
Fair enough just asking.
Cheers Chris.
We dont know that you didnt return to the layby after filming tho 😋
Is it just me or does your spec sound like jones from police academy 😂
Ha ha ha proper made me laugh
Winch tray looks very strong. Boxing it all in would be good. What is the rectangular hole in your cuff? Have a great weekend.
What do you mean mate?
@@Fighting_Torque On your right sleeve by the cuff there seems to be a rectangular hole - 10:18 when you put your seatbelt on you can see it.

Ha ha ha ill give it a go 😂
How come Ben you towed that car backwards. I'm confused mate 😊
Keep the rear axle weight down mate, that car was a little on the big side so lifting the rear keeps us legal.
@@Fighting_Torque never knew that. Thank you 😊
Can you drive a spec lift on a normal car license
As long as its less than 3.5T, yes
My ignorance perhaps but would you not front lift the Mazda if its front wheel drive. Save spining the gearbox ?
Makes little difference if in neutral. All moving parts are lubricated in the same way as if it was freewheeling down the road
I've purchased a crew cab spec lift which I'm selling due to needing a flat bed for taking scrap shells to scrap yard
Is it the orange one?
@SleafordRecovery sure is he's named tango. I'm in two minds he up for sale for the meantime might just buy a trailer so I can take scrap shells
@MrTransitdan I commented on your for sale post on FB. I would be interested because I really need something with a crew cab, but I don't have the funds atm unfortunately.
@SleafordRecovery I'm going to work him a bit for now until he goes might aswell have some fun

I presume you have two vehicle. One to tow and one low loader?
Plus a 4x4 for green lanes and a van for support jobs and roadside repairs
It’s just driven it to load it up so it drives them
What does?
