I think that's a different story. That 'K(ㄱ)' thing is just one of the common problems when we koreans "try" to write korean words in English the way it sounds. Since Korean alphabets' pronunciations are a lot different from English ones, there're always be differences between korean words we write in English and what it really sounds like. Also, actually ㄱ sounds like it's inbetween 'k' and 'g' lol

Lol they’re so expressive do to their culture, as well as their speech and language. For instance Annyeong could mean a casual Hi or Bye so you have to be expressive with how you say it. :)
-ng isn't a silent letter. it is not pronounced when it is at the beginning of a syllable (which is mostly used with vowels. because in Korean vowels can't stand alone). but when its at the end it is like "ng" as in "-ing" or "sing". it was made this way because of different dialects when the king was making the korean alphabet.

You haven't been introduced to Sindhi it has pronounce you never heard of and that's me with my randomness
-ng isn't a silent letter. it is not pronounced when it is at the beginning of a syllable (which is mostly used with vowels. because in Korean vowels can't stand alone). but when its at the end it is like "ng" as in "-ing" or "sing". it was made this way because of different dialects when the king was making the korean alphabet.
I think he means like Juan or Jesus in Spanish, the "j" is pronounced like "h"
