yes, but if it is a shot taken with no disturbance and that the goalie is completely still it is often a red card

Absolutely. Just like getting tackled to the head in Ice Hockey. It happens. But you can also get penalties for it.

when the goalkeeper is not moving it can lead to penalties. a ball thrown from that distance with that force can easily break one’s nose and cause serious head trauma

Når der gives et blåt kort efter det røde, betyder det at hændelsen skal ses efter af et diciplinærudvalg efter kampen. De skal så afgøre om hændelsen er så grov, at den skal udløse en spillerkarantæne i 1 eller flere efterfølgende kampe.
