The abundance/ cultivator combo also allows you to choose the order of your deck, this is because you can wiff searching your deck for the last land and put the deck back in any order you want.
I’m a big fan of that Dollhouse for Brudiclad. Make a token of something like dockside, get a bunch of treasures tokens, and have Brudiclad turn them all into constructs that get pumped by each other. Instant army of hasty big beaters.
Am I missing something about "Dollhouse of Horrors" that really sets it apart from "God-Pharaoh's Gift"? I mean they do nearly the same thing: exile a creature from your graveyard, you get a token copy of it, it has haste. The only differences being one costs 7 and has a triggered abillity that triggers at the beginning of your combat and the other one is activated by 1 mana and tapping (the only benefits being it costs essentially 1 mana less the first time you activate it and you could potentially untap it) and of course one makes 1/1s that potentially grow and the other one makes 4/4s. I mean I get that's a good effect and I also think it's a good card for commander but I don't get the buzz/hype about this card when there is another card that is very similar, which sees not much play and costs less than 1$.
My best guess is because it’s cheaper, untappable, and the creatures can grow is why it has hype. Personally it just seems ok to me but I’m guessing it’ll end up being a bulk-1$ rare. Still looks pretty fun though
I think a lot of people don't know God-Pharaoh's Gift exist lol I'm one of those people XD and also I think you can cheat Dollhouse to create multiple token with untap ability? Kinda...sort..a...more flexible than the gift?
Savior of Ollenbock's already busted. Just have him train, then when his first ability is on the stack, blink him off of the battlefield before the ability resolves to permanently exile a creature. This guy definitely needs to go into my Livio // Esior bootleg Brago deck. Also, definitely loving the Overcharged Amalgam. That one can go in as well. Of course, a Torpor Orb, Hushwing Gryff, Hushbringer, or Tocatli Honor Guard would be a major thorn in that deck's side, but hey, the deck can get pretty trolly, and I don't mind letting the community know there's staxxy cards out there to help counteract cards like Craterhoof Behemoth and other ETB monsters.
I think it's the most limited of the cycle since you'll have a hard time getting something like enchantments since red has no actual removal capabilities for those
I love the Dollhouse card, when I unpacked it i just thought it was the best card from my box for sure. Going to try to make a deck around it but i am an amateur. I am making a low cost high toughness Geralf Visionary Stitcher deck maybe ill throw it in that
I love your videos demo, could you reccomend a good starter selesnya/mono white commander? Im more interested in hatebears and lifegain but Im open to suggestions
The annoying thing about the Cultivator + Abundance combo is at the end of playing all their lands they're allowed to order their deck however they want
The Cemetery creature cycle is kinda bs. The prowler and illuminator are a bit too generically good, continuing the trend of unbalanced support for green and blue. The gatekeeper is the only one that will possibly be detrimental to you. The desecrator is alright and the protector is just a little limited. My 2 cents
I think change of fortune is better than described because it’s for each card you discarded this turn. So you can do multiple wheel effects and when everyone else would only draw 7 cards you could get 14 or 21 or more.
i believe i mentioned that exact scenario. however it's incredibly unlikely, since you would have to draw the card with your wheel in order to do it. plus now you're already up to 7 mana just to cast those two spells.
27:40: You said that wrong and it's actually an important distinction. You said the last two words "this way." No, read again. "This turn". It total tallies all cards you've discarded for the turn. What's the difference? In this set is a blood token's theme. They let you loot. So, if you activate 2 blood tokens earlier in the turn and loot, then play this card and discard 4 cards from your hand...you will be drawing 6 cards back.
Manaform hellkite in a brion stout arm deck sacrifice attack with the token if it's block sacrifice it to brion and deal the damage anyways and gain life
7:50: The only problem with that card is the word "basic". Seriously, that's it. Other than that it is perfectly awesome. It's good for my brother's deck (mono-U Azami)
To anyone who sees this, please PLEASE do not play Glorious Sunrise. It’s ONLY upside is versatility, but my goodness it seems like you’ll never get your mana’s worth. If you have a board it is either bad Overrun or terrible Phyrexian Arena, and if you don’t it’s bad Frontier Siege (I think the 3 life is flavor text). If you’re going wide, just play Overwhelming Stampede or Triumph of the Hordes. If you’re going tall, play Rishkar Expertise. If you need ramp play Skyshroud Claim or any other of the million green ramp cards. Whatever you do, don’t play this. It doesn’t matter if it does a lot if it’s bad at all of those things
I'm not going to lie, but I think you are too quick to declare a card as "auto-include". Most of those cards I feel are just strong options, not auto includes. Sigardian paladin is just one exemple. She certainly fit in a +1|+1 counter deck, but there are other cards that does similar things. She's going to be good for sure, but far from being auto-include. An auto-include would be Hardened scales, not sigardian paladin imo
I think “auto-include” is being used in the sense that it’s gonna be an auto consider. I can’t speak for everyone but when I build a deck I normally look at a big pool of cards I have and then cut it down. Sure a lot of other cards do similar things but it’s definitely a card to consider in any +1/+1 counters deck
Eh, I see savior of ollenbock as more of a political piece. You attack with it at an opponent who has agreed not to block because you will be exiling a problem creature on the board.
The abundance/ cultivator combo also allows you to choose the order of your deck, this is because you can wiff searching your deck for the last land and put the deck back in any order you want.
Just find out your channel few weeks ago, been enjoying so far 👍
Don't worry, Demo. I also love Ethereal Investigator.
Ranar would love this card
Sigardian paladin is definitely going into my alharu and slurrk deck, didn’t see that card during spoilers. Keep up the great content!
Please review every legendary creature ever made in a lengthy video series

Im just gonna throw it in here: Brudiclad 😁
15:37 looks awesome in an dragons approach deck. Its either getting you advantage and can be gotten in the deck
Cemetery gatekeeper was awesome in my prerelease. I exiled a evolving wilds turn 2 and he did like 8 damage to my opponent.
Savior of Ollenbock's already busted. Just have him train, then when his first ability is on the stack, blink him off of the battlefield before the ability resolves to permanently exile a creature. I don’t like that Cemetery Gatekeeper can hurt its owner, but I’m sure there are plenty of ways to minimize or take advantage of that
I think it's the most limited of the cycle since you'll have a hard time getting something like enchantments since red has no actual removal capabilities for those

Savior of ollenback seems like a really good aristocrats include. any creature you immediately want to sacrifice is fun.
Been waiting for this 🙌
Congrats! 🎉
I kinda feel like Welcoming Vampire is a more usable Mentor of the Meek
it's definitely usable. there's about 12 more cards i could have added to this video.
14:20 "Can you fly, Bobby?" - Clarence Boddicker
I love your videos demo, could you reccomend a good starter selesnya/mono white commander? Im more interested in hatebears and lifegain but Im open to suggestions
You read change of fortune out loud wrong. It’s each card you’ve discarded this turn. Basically better than what you think lol. Good vid
Cemetery Gatekeeper reminded me of an idea for Urabrask red tax/stax
I love Change of Fortune's design, it's definitely going to find a slot in my Gavi deck :)
I'm wanting 1 for krenko
My Negan deck LOVES by invitation only! So fantastic
Shadowgrange Archfiend is gonna help my Anje Falkenrath so much
Helps with tergrid God of salt
John always with the smart techs ❤️ love it!
The annoying thing about the Cultivator + Abundance combo is at the end of playing all their lands they're allowed to order their deck however they want
Hey demo can you do a deck tech on xyris the writhing storm
Sigardas summons is underrated... really, underrated.
Good list but maybe sleeping on Welcoming Vampire.

Savior of Ollenbock with Brago perhaps?
Demo I have a rule to my 5 colored decks and that is to have close to half my lands as basic
I THINK YOU SAID "YOU'VE DISCARDED THIS WAY"
when talking about Change Of Fortune, when the card reads "you've discarded this turn".
i wanna put mana form in your dragon’s approach deck.
The keyword in hullbreaker horror that makes it worse than tydespout tyrant in decks that use it is 'nonland'
I'm looking forward to Wedding Ring and will probably put it in all my decks
To anyone who sees this, please PLEASE do not play Glorious Sunrise. It’s ONLY upside is versatility, but my goodness it seems like you’ll never get your mana’s worth. i think you're possibly assuming this is a sorcery. it's an enchantment that sits on the table giving you value every turn.
This set is amazing
Play metaform Hellkite in purphoros God of the forge spellslinger decks with very low CMC
aight kinda cool ngl

Im putting dollhouse in zabaz the glimmer wasp
No sound?
✌🏼
Missing Avabruck caretaker. Shame. Way better than cemetery prowler.
Have to start counting how many times you say +1/+1.
So no welcoming vampire.
Oh dear, Will exiling Phage the untouchable with Dollhouse of Horror cause me lose the game? If not....Oh .... :O
Yes. Phage entered and the token wasn't cast from your hand.
Eh, I see savior of ollenbock as more of a political piece. You attack with it at an opponent who has agreed not to block because you will be exiling a problem creature on the board.
