    THREAT FROM COMMENTER:
    Hello friends!
As you can see from the comments, there’s been a threat made towards me by a commenter.
You can inspect the comments yourself or look at this post:
    Link: ruclips.net/user/postUgkxNCBaWxDy8GgQmlEireuCo_1_8k_GncV-?si=5cvu-LSdtoS_UHM9
This is deplorable but also unfortunate, as it showcases that some people are just unhappy with any talk about legitimate political issues, and it speaks to why it’s important to share and talk about issues in our country much more widely and to normalize conversation rather than fear on a wide scale.
Please feel free to report (the commenter or lol me if you’re triggered) to MCMC if you need by heading to aduan.mcmc.gov.my, although note that I effectively reported myself and sent them the entire script, even as I sent in a full policy proposal to MCMC, which you can find here:
    Link: docs.google.com/document/d/1qRh4bcBazw4GvGpJ_4T_lTvfDfr-qxgR5CQjxtR-yB0/edit
If you would like to help in other ways, I think that it will be very meaningful if you could just share this video and make sure to like and subscribe if you think that things like these are important to see because that really helps with the algorithm. I would also be very happy if you talk about this content. Not just on RUclips, but also on Reddit and even Malay language media and other language media as well because these topics aren't just things to be restricted to one particular platform. They affect the entirety of Malaysia and by extension the world. The content on this channel is not just for making us feel good. It can be very satisfying to take part in a war of comments or to share something with thee while receiving validation from an echo chamber, but that doesn't change the way that things work. To do so requires us collectively to talk to one another in more spaces and to normalize the conversations that we otherwise might not have. All of this is also totally fine as entertaining content, but I hope that there will be a part of you that will feel compelled to go out there share and spread the word to the entire country!
Thank you and have a great day ahead! 🫡

@sco (whoops did your comment get deleted?)
      Good day!
Well, this guy came in and basically asked me to shut my mouth and to not talk about UMNO and PAS though there is no legitimate reason not to have this conversation.
It was the classic pattern of the grifters out there who insist that nobody should talk about specific topics or things while insisting that anybody who does so is either challenging their rights or otherwise.
You can have a look at the post and comment to see the threat that this person made, which I've responded to and that I've also used as part of an appeal to MCMC, the Minister of Communications, and the Deputy Minister as well, both of whom I have interacted with in different capacities and who have assisted me in the past.
I wouldn't call such people peasants in any way except jokingly.
I would say that in some ways they are well-meaning people, although they are responding emotionally and indeed, some of them can be very much malevolent, although that's no reason to tar every single one of them as peasants.
When animals or human beings are under threat, they often get defensive, and at this time I think it's important to begin opening up the conversation and the sphere of awareness of people about individuals who are like this.
And so I encourage you to look at these people and to see where it's possible to meaningfully engage with them, even as we maintain our right to block them if they become uncontrolled along the way.
Thank you for the words of support, although I would encourage you to go further than just ignore what you've seen today, but instead to go beyond them and to share either this video or any of the ones that you feel resonate with you with others as well.
Look forward to seeing you in my next videos!

If you want to do something immediately and right now, I guess sharing this video or awareness of this kind of content as well as what I've chosen to do with others a little more effectively than supporting my asylum application (kidding but I hope not to have to do that LOLLLLL)
Sharing this work is infinitely helpful in raising awareness of what's happening right now in Malaysia.
In particular, sharing to two or three people or to a WhatsApp group could be useful if that's something that you're willing to do - that aside I wouldn’t ask you to do anything too burdensome as I understand you are here just to watch and maybe to learn a few things you may not have otherwise and already am grateful for the expression of your support, but it would certainly be helpful to just talk about these ideas with your wider friend circle.
This is about somehow through all the mess and nonsense building a better Malaysia and threat or no threat, I think it's a burden that more Malaysians need to bear collectively and that we appreciate it friendly support for at any juncture along the way.
Thank you for the support and look forward to seeing you in my next videos again as well!

Lord William Reid never intended Sharia Law to govern Malaya despite his recognition of Malay + Islam as having special status. As Article 3 stated Islam is the official religion and it was never planned nor explicitly stated in Reid commission for Malaya to include blasphemy law and moral policing on Muslim community. The framework was focused on pluralistic composition that encouraged multi-racial and multi-religious society despite recognizing Islam that played a major role in Malay culture. It was UMNO led govt along with PAS that amended the constitution 61 times that culminates to the tribal & semi-oppressive political ecology of Malaysia today.

    • @VictorTan
      @VictorTan  8 дней назад +1

They do want to pecahbelahkan UMNO.
Any advantage that UMNO has will only be a temporary one because soon PAS will start trying to take over and establish dominance in any possible coalition.
We already see them trying to establish dominance over Bersatu in an attempt to have Bersatu become the part II route, and they have already succeeded.
I think therefore Zahid Hamidi was very wise to understand clearly that the PAS would betray them at a later point.
This awareness doesn't seem present on all levels and the grassroots seem to be manipulated and there is an active and ongoing attempt to influence it.
As such, I hope for UMNO to be more aware of what's going on and the threats and snake-like behavior of PAS in their attempt to influence Malaysia, subvert UMNO, and our Constitution, and everything else.
I said UMNO will remain UMNO no matter how many political parties come and go in this country, and forever.
Regarding our other friend, I would say this:
A snake will remain a snake no matter how many times it sheds its skin.
Thanks for watching and for your support!

They made many hot 🔥 topic and only talking promoting Chinese agedna and they said multi racial but no Indians were appointed as ministers much except gobind who is a Singh and also Indians are marginalized even in own dap party... Pas is malay ultra so as UMNO and Bersatu that's nothing wrong because its Malaysia majority are malays.
