@flyrydeenfly i really don't know, they sometimes show the english subs on Speed channel. but other than that i just keep updated from a blog called rextreme specifically for coverage on rotaries. hope that helps!
Well the strobe lights are for show, but more or less to distract the other driver when chasing (much like Le Mans cars do when racing, whether it be to let a slower car know they are coming or to distract the other driver from concentrating on his braking/acceleration/turning points on the track).
@DRIFT4TIRES dude, I think that in a series like D1, the team wouldn't let anything get so worn, that it would start making a noise it shouldn't make. that includes the driver! XD

Straight cut gears in the transmission that make the whine. Better transfer of power

or maybe the throughout bearing is toast. thats kinda what my rx7 sounded like when the throughout bearing went out
