Wilbur's music really inspired me and helped me make my own music, despite the horrible person he is, I think he is a incredibly talented artist and that shouldn't be ignored! your tutorials boosted my guitar skills, and thank you do much for this❤

I love how much passion you put into this, and how you genuinely care about teaching things, especially that you're so incredibly good at it :) I don't know if that's something you'd be up for teaching, but I adore Wilbur's version of "Acolyte" by Slaughter Beach, Dog. That cover was something I've always wanted to learn, and you're the only one who teaches these things just right!

Wilburs songs, despite everything he’s done, are one of my favorite songs to play. It it just so much fun for me and i love playing them, and I don’t want to let him take that away from me. Playing his music lets the art stay alive but not by supporting him, thank you for this!

When the other video came out I was so happy. Then all the stuff about him came out and I kind of just fell out of learning music. Decided to give it another shot though, ironic that it's another one of his songs I'm trying to learn but you're an amazing teacher so it's worth it

I had followed Wilbur for more than 4 years and it dissapoints me what happened, but music does get separated from the artist a lot so its cool we can appreciate some of it for what it is.

bit of a yap but this man is an absolute blessing. I started guitar 3ish years ago basically only because I liked wilburs music, so this guy making easy and shockingly accurate tutorials of his stuff was and still is a blessing. Thanks to this mf I learned most of ycgma and cmyb, and cuz i was just starting its also how I learned hammer-ons, barre chords, and fingerstyle. You basically kickstarted my whole guitar career, so ty sm I can't thank u enough

I know everyone finds it pretty scary but the unnerving ness of the song is very comforting to me. I dont know. I appreciate you still doing these songs though, ignoring the artist these songs are extremely special to me, and helped me through a lot of hard times, they are just a comfort for me. I wont let a man take that away from me.

@@SelenaStokes-nc4kf no prob. Like I said. I just teach guitar. If you learn the song you learn an F#min arpeggio pretty good and a cool A7b5 voicing. Your finger-style will get better too. So I’m my book as a guitar teacher…. That’s good
I play a good ole acoustic and I can’t get my hand up to that high section. Should I use tapping or just bring it down a few frets? It just doesn’t give off the same sound :(

I disagree with this sentiment of separating the art from the artist. He wrote this entire album about hurting her but manipulated it into making himself out to be the victim. Unsubscribed...

He’s 1000% in the wrong but where is your proof that he wrote these songs specifically about abusing his SO? Unless he came out and said that, that’s not an assumption that should be made. Seems like he was in a bad place when writing these songs and then abused people around him which again, is awful. I highly doubt he abused his loved ones and then went “yknow, this would be some great material for my music.”
