Every raxak or police should do half an hour Meditation ,it will release stress, give you protection as Aura strengthens, and circumstances will be in their favour.
@@jankipatni3396 yes actually we introduce samarpan meditation technique to them also ,but their duty schedule and timings are different,so it's somewhat difficult to make them do Meditation regularly ,but once in a week they can do it, and most imp is collective meditation where they can go because if one does meditation alone for 100 days and does it with 100 people for one day so energy is same so collective meditation is the best way for them to become stress free .in samarpan meditation this year is celebrated as raxak varsh so we introduce this meditation tech.to them.and than they have to do it everyday for half an hour. www.samarpanmeditation.org is d website.
leuva dipti This very important. As physical exercises is important meditation and all are really important for them to remain mentally fit. Their profile is very stressful . Government should take initiative to plan and schedule such type of activities for them. This will help them and give them some personal time to take care of their health. Great concept.
