In my opinion Supreme Court itself is a waste on the exchequer. How many of us actually can afford to approach Supreme Court in case of a dispute.

As far as affordability is concerned, a person can represent themselves too without having a lawyer to do so. Recently, the Supreme Court observed that the right to defend oneself is a fundamental right under the Constitution of India, and no resolution could be passed by the Bar Association to forbid other members of the bar to appear on behalf of the petitioner who appeared in person to defend its case.
@@sketchymood3133 all this is hogwash ! Petitioner can defend oneself if and only if there is no harassment of petitioners by giving date after date . All cities petitioners do not live in Delhi so imagine the harassment caused by dates after dates.

Judges are hardly worried about their reputation.Lot of Ego , Arrogance of authority of chair. They know ,no santani will hit them,they fear from Muslim only . After the declaration of Kejriwal, these two judges, Khanna and Dutta, now find themselves in very awkward situation, and finding no remorse, made them rigid not to accept the valid arguments of AG. Thus finding themselves in line of Kejriwal and Singhvi, and as the leaders of opposition parties fighting themselves the elections from theirs AAP party. They can even exempt Kejriwal from going to jail to save democracy in India.
High time the Tarikh pe Tarikh coterie needs to be put under public accountability, financial audit and accountability. They have the poorest track record of public function at the expense of public and exchequers money without being answerable to the people. Contempt of court does not exist in any other democracy including the UK from which this concept was copied and has continued. No one can be held above people's opinion, discussion and accountability after being paid for by the same people and then not having to be answerable to them.
High time for Judicial reforms as for the common man Justice system has become an unsatisfactory and expensive joke.

Kejriwal has provided that he isn't not only above SC but above God. Money walks and talks. There are possibilities that Judges are under the influence of Nagat Narayan.
SC judges are visibly unjust granting bail to Kejriwal under provisions of PMLA but
now attempting to read in between the lines to find fault with ED for not placing complete evidences collected before the court.
In India, no punishment for wrong doing judges. That is the biggest reason, how the culprits are roaming freely on bail.
Every judge wants to set precedents instead of following Law. No where in the world judges appoint judges.

ASG is acting as if they have given AK a clean chit. They should be arguing on how the bail will influence the case rather than why the bail is unfair. This indicates that their intent is to waste time rather than brining justice.

How come politicians get hearing in SC weekly and middle of night whereas other persons have to wait for years to get hearing not justice.
@@madhusudanreddy564 because it has nothing to do with being a politician or not. It's mostly to do with urgency. For eg. time was of essence when dealing with AK's case as the premise was that the central govt. is using enforcing bodies to tamper with democratic process of election.
If the case would have been postponed after elections the democratic process would have suffered if AK is found not guilty.
Remember, bail is the rule and jail is an exception rather than the other way around.
If Kejriwal is not special, why special treatment was given to him! Why he was released on parole in the guise of Interim Bail whereas the appellant never demanded or prayed for any bail or parole. Shame!
This justice Sanjeev Khanna & Depankar Dutta has reduced the stature of Supreme Court. We did what we felt was right at that moment. Is this Justice. Kejrival is not a habitual offender. Are these judgements.
Hon'ble Justice Sanjeev Kanna said that what seemed right to him , he has passed such order. That is wrong. Any order should be according to the Constitution. Rules and acts can be changed, but not the Constitution and the Constitution clearly says that the right of every person is equal, no matter if he is an ordinary person or a PM or CM. After going through the merits of the case they could grant bail to Kejriwal, even they could dismiss the case. But only for the reason that he is a CM and got once in a five year opportunity to outreach the people should not be the reason for the interim bail.

Both the judges are very much adamant they have already decided to give relief to Kejriwal. They have lowered the courts images. Generally they released Kejriwal to attack Modij. Judges wanted to take revenge against rulings government. They laid bad pricident.
That the judges had to issue a clarification on bail to Kejriwal without request in itself is sufficient to raise doubts.
Kejrewal was and is being treated as Special by SC/ SK. Shame on SC. Now, Kejrewal is creating further nuisance at Delhi and SK refused to intervene the mess initiated by Kejrewal.
