The behaviour of Both the judges of Supreme Court clearly shows that they are not sitting in the chairs of Judges, but by the side of Kejriwal, to whom they clearly want to set him free. There’s so much been happening in our country disrespecting constitution and law and where are their voices to their masters then in such instances. One crucial fact I think is missing. On the question posed by Justice Datta to the counsel of the Petitioner, he admitted that Kejriwal did go to Goa and stayed in the hotel that means the allegations levelled against AK by the ED stand proved.

In a democracy, the duty of the government is to justice and not to punish anybody. All the documents available for or against the accused should be carefully studied. No innocent person should go to jail even for a minute.

The entire argument ends with the comment of justice Sanjeev khnna that the petitioner is at liberty to apply for bail in the lower courts. Doesn't that suggest that no relief petitioner in the present Petition except the interim bail already granted .

Why is it that Ss 96 to 106 IPC do not get the attention they deserve as preventive provisions? In my view, the arrest is valid to enforce Art 39(b) fundamental Directive. Erring judges deserve prosecution, punishment and ouster from office.

I am not a great fan of Kejriwal. What’s appalling is to see how this war of words goes on and on, and yet, we still don’t see solid irrefutable evidence.
The summary is - there are two typ of law one for rich people and another is for common people. So if you have money no one can touch you... thats why people dont beleiv in court... focus in earning money wheather black or white... everthing is saleable, only you have to offer a good price.
