- After watching its display on RUclips at the Dubai Airshow last year I was happy to travel further afield to catch this display. As luck had it, it came to us. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen manoeuvres like this in an F-15 Eagle.

I miss the days hearing Gen. Chuck Yeager's sonic boom at 1000:00 AM in his Glamorous Glennis F-15 to start the air show. It's so cool to see a splendid F-15 Eagle tearing it up above the crowd. Thank you so much for capturing all of that beauty in 4K!
The power this thing has is unbelievable. Take a look at how tight this display was... doesn't look like they left the confines of the airfield, never mind the display box. Didn't need to zoom in or out to gain/re-gain energy... unreal. To fly a demo anything close to this requires phenomenal energy and the ability to accelerate/re-gain energy quickly. The craziest thing is that the 12 AMRAAM "loaded" demo isn't much different!
That pilot was definitely pushing the envelope on that show!

I'd be scared to death seeing that coming out of the sun towards me. This is a fabulous display; I'd be surprised if the pilot hasn't grown into the cockpit already, alien biomechanical like :). Great video, you make my Friday nights!

What an amazing continuation of one of the finest fighters in history! The maneuverability is close to that of the f-22!

Daff, almost 50 years old airframe $howing who the actual boss is of the slow speed turf.
Stunning initial climb out, raw power and beating the slow airspeed into submission.
I couldn't be any more pleased to have witnessed such an amazing air display.
the landing wheelie is the best part.
I think they have a competition to see who can pull the longest
Aerodynamic braking, bleed off speed using drag, reduces wear on wheel brakes.
I always watched to see if they made ANY tire smoke. Oooh, rough landing! LOL

I love F-15’s. What changes or upgrades did they do to these ? Did they put “thrust-vectoring” engines on them ? They seem to turn so much faster and tighter.
The magic of full fly-by-wire
Fly by wire glass cockpit etc It's structurally basically a strike eagle with Gucci avionics. Basically jumped the f15 straight back to the top of table excluding gen5.

This is the first time I see an F-15 that big. I work at a military base and I saw a lot of them, but they are not that big. The wings are very wide.

And the QA is the precursor to the USAF's new F-15EX.
That F15 was doing trust vector movement and it did 8 of the thrust vectoring movement out of 10 and that F15 don't have thrust vectoring engines. And those GE F110 GE 129 EFE engines has 34.500 lbs of thrust EFE Stan's for enhanced fighter engine I look at what GE said that the engine all of the F15EX Eagle 2 have installed in them

This Eagle does the minimum radius turn like a Viper! Seems just as small in radius and just as fast in the rate.
Probably even slightly better than F-16. Better thrust and much lower wing loading.

The F-22 is the top fighter, but the F-15EX is a truly impressive plane.

Geez, I know Boeing updated the guts of these planes like no tomorrow, but it's still wild seeing these in the air when the base airframes are coming up on 50 years of service! You'd think that'd make them a relative bargain, but QAE paid $172 Million each! 👀
They're not retrofitted 50-year-old airframes. They're newly manufactured using contemporary manufacturing processes. Same with the F-15EX.

The Chinese version will be cheaper, far lower quality, less capable, and far less able to meet operational requirements. But they'll put on demos of a pristine unit that looks good and flies well, and folk like you will believe the propaganda. And once that demo is over that plane will be a hangar queen for 3 months getting repaired.

Nothing special. The SU27 display I watched 20yrs ago was Extraordinary. At 2024 this plane is struggling to copy the same manoeuvre 😂😂😂
Always some Russian derp in here being a Russian derp. the SU-27 can't hold a candle to this plane, and this plane wasn't struggling with anything it was doing.
