    As someone who collect minerals and stones, I very much loved this story! thank you. my imagination as you read it was beautiful.

      Glad to hear that you enjoyed it - though I must disavow any credit for the reading as that's Penelope Wilton (wife of the late Ian Holm). I just curate this stuff!

    Love Penelope Wilton but I struggle even with one such as her to enjoy audio books. Ty just the same.

    This was beautifully read but heavy going and too too weird for me. I did listen to the end but didn’t enjoy it.

      I know what you mean! You feel like she spent a day in the Nat Hist museum and wanted to show off her new knowledge 😂 I mean, good for her, I love Byatt, but yeah, tough going sometimes 😅
