this was an awards show and many of the audience members were Kpop groups and artists nominated for awards and many of them grew up with the members of BigBang being their idols and inspiration to follow their own dreams of becoming Kpop idols. G-Dragon is the most successful artist in Kpop history. he is like a god or royalty in the industry even artists globally know his name. Another member of the group who left to pursue his own business ventures was T.O.P. he is considered one of the greatest rappers in Kpop history and just starred in Squid Games 2 as the character Thanos which he has been praised for his part in the series. He also back when he was in BigBang won two awards one for best new actor and another for best actor in films he appeared in. So as you can see BigBang are legendary.

Bro bro bro check out Treasure Performance in MAMA 2024 - Intro + King Kong+Run , they are the Juniors of Big Bang , they carry the same Aura and Stage Presence as Big Bang - The YG DNA.
Kpop award stages are massive productions. Japan is the biggest of them all with their arenas. MAMA is the equivalent of Grammys in Kpop but done in at least 2 days. 2024 is the first year to be held in the US and it was a huge disappointment because it was in a much smaller venue, the Dolby Theatre in LA. You should watch all of Bigbang's MAMA performances, 2012-2015, the last one is the best as a 5-member group.
