Paying attention to the guidance within .... shhhh ... be quiet and pay attention ... pay, not force .... you are always paying attention, but to externalities and internalities - shhh - sit for a minute. The guidance within might have you sit longer - breathe deeply - go share love to create love .... allow love to flow ... wow... you will feel a wow ....

I was told my a coach, Kathleen Cameron, to be grateful, never satisfied. Always asking for more. I'm happy with what I have, where I am, who I am, but it could be better, more. Is that wrong?

The most important thing I would say is to listen to how you feel, if you feel happy where you are then trust yourself and forget what anyone else says.
This is just my thought that we are always expanding and that expansion doesn't necessarily mean having more or never being satisfied but more about learning more and more about yourself.

I have a problem: I have already manifested many things but when it comes to manifesting my ex back, his bad behaviors comes to my mind and I cannot focus on manifesting him back. I want to manifest him back because nobody is perfect and his good qualities are more than bad ones. Now, I regret I broke up with him and I want him back!
