For the last guy I must say as a French native that we do eat straight up cheese like this, especially this kind of cheese. It's very common actually and we eat it at the end of our meal as a dessert :)

Star (Kashistar) is a tiny little thing but a mighty appetite. However, I always enjoyed her mukbangs because even though it is a lot of volume, her choices are usually on the "whole" side. Lots of nuts, nut butters, seedy breads, fruit, raw cheeses, and beans. She always made everything look so stinking good!!!

1 lb of elbow macaroni
2 pounds of medium cheddar (mix half, top layer half)
5 oz of low-moisture mozzarella cheese
1 lb of Velveeta (or favorite creamy cheese)
Slices of Munster (she says optional here but I personally think the Munster really makes it, idk how much she uses but I usually use around 3 packages to cover the surface area of the dish I use because I layers this like a lasagna and the Munster goes on top of each layer and it gets really crispy on top and gooey)
1/2 stick of butter
1.5 cups of milk
3 cloves of minced garlic (optional- personally I’ve never put garlic in it)
Salt (water pot)
I do add salt and pepper before I start putting it into the dish I use that goes into the oven
