Will this work with brown rice/red rice/rajgira/kuttu flour? Would you happen to have a yeast free, gluten free vegan millet bread on your channel? If so could you share?

If we r in cold countries how do we ferment it ? Shd we use insta pot for 40 min in yoghurt mode Or does yeast itself helps in fermentation whether weather is hot or cold ?
Cover your dough with cling wrap and keep it in oven with light 💡 ON .. With light heating your dough will rise properly. I did the same way when i was in USA . Hope this helps

Dear, i don't want to use yeast, that's why i asked will the soak ing of flour or jowar rava will give same results as whole jowar, coz in canada we don't whole jowar.

Hi Thanks for trying my recipe Did you use lower rod for baking?? For first 20 minutes use lower rod it will help to rise and baking from down to up. Last 5 minutes use both rods which helps baking top and giving a perfect golden brown top.

Yes i used jowar flour.. Sorry to hear this- Don’t know what wrong happened with you But this recipe is tried and tasted. I never baked this bread on gas . I baked in oven . Baking with millets need patience and practice..
