    I had been trying various Jwar bread recipes for a while, my bread always came out undercooked from middle! Your recipe CHANGED that. For first time it came out perfect, well cooked!! Kudos to you!

      @@madhavijadhav6207sorry to hear that ..please next time try to bake for more 5-10 minutes as different oven have different capacity of heating.
      So might be in your oven it requires more time .

    V nice is isafgul necessary bcoz i take it at night for constipation for such millet breads its better to.put gluten piwder n bread improver from.Amazon

    Thanks Khushboo for this great recipe. I tried with a mix of ragi and jowar flour and it came out well. Since you said we can use any millet flour its a versatile recipe which can be extended with many flavourings and seed toppings. I have two questions. Will this work with brown rice/red rice/rajgira/kuttu flour? Would you happen to have a yeast free, gluten free vegan millet bread on your channel? If so could you share?

      @@CuisineCrush , many thanks. I tried this with only jowar flour in another trial. The top and bottom got cooked but the centre was not done. What could have gone wrong?

    Very gud recipe! Jst one query , do we ve to bake with both heating rods on or just the bottom?

      Bottom rod for first 20 minutes
      Last 5 minutes you can put both rod on.

    Hi dear .. Bake k liye centre rack ya lower rack kis per rakhna.. nd both rod on with fan per he bake karna Jaina.. plz reply must

      Initially lower rack pr rakhiyega for 20 minutes
      Last 5 minutes you can keep on center rack with both rod on

      First 15-20 minutes lower rod and last 5 minutes use both today for even baking

      Undercooked bread sunk when temperatures go down.

    If we r in cold countries how do we ferment it ?
    Shd we use insta pot for 40 min in yoghurt mode
    Or does yeast itself helps in fermentation whether weather is hot or cold ?

      Cover your dough with cling wrap and keep it in oven with light 💡 ON ..
      With light heating your dough will rise properly.
      I did the same way when i was in USA .
      Hope this helps

    Dear, i don't want to use yeast, that's why i asked will the soak ing of flour or jowar rava will give same results as whole jowar, coz in canada we don't whole jowar.

      I didn’t tried with jowar dalia.

      Thanks for trying my recipe
      Did you use lower rod for baking??
      For first 20 minutes use lower rod it will help to rise and baking from down to up.
      Last 5 minutes use both rods which helps baking top and giving a perfect golden brown top.

    Did you really use jowar flour...i tried today all hard work waste ...it doesnt cook from inside almost 1and 1/2 hours keept on gas...

      Don’t know what wrong happened with you
      But this recipe is tried and tasted.
      I never baked this bread on gas .
      I baked in oven .
      Baking with millets need patience and practice..
