    Here's what we did yesterday...
    Day #7 - Thursday March 7, 2013
    Wake 8:30am
    Weigh myself -- 81.4k (183lbs)
    Drink a cup of coffee with milk NO SUGAR. 8:50am
    Drink a "Sugar Free Red Bull" 8:55am
    Run 2 ½ miles. 9:15
    Eat 3 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of white toast (WITH BUTTER). 10:00am
    Drink a cup of coffee with milk NO SUGAR. 2:10pm
    Incline Bench Press
    3 Sets, 10 Reps each @ 115lbs. 2:30pm
    50 Sit-Ups, 30 Push-Ups 2:45pm
    Drink a cup of coffee with milk NO SUGAR. 3:45pm
    Eat a Chicken Salad Sandwich with Lettuce on Natures Own White Wheat Bread, one Stalk of Celery. 4:15pm
    50 MORE Sit-Ups, 30 MORE Push-Ups 4:40pm
    Overhead "Military Press
    3 Sets 10 reps each -- 80lbs. 5:40pm
    Eat Peanut Butter & 2 Celery Stalks with a medium glass of Milk (2%). 7:15pm
    Bench Press
    3 Sets 10 Reps 155lbs. 7:30pm
    Squats (as suggested by Reddit User: Rongoose)
    2 Sets, 8 Reps each -- 70lbs. (WOW!! The back of my thighs really started to hurt after only 2 sets!!!) 7:55pm
    Drink a small glass of Cranberry Juice. 9:00pm
    Drink a Large glass of Grapefruit Juice. 10:00pm
    Bed 11:30pm
