everyone pretty much uses the same programs: Adobe After Effects (for visual effects) sony vegas (for syncing and setting up the footage) Boujou (for motion tracking) cinema 4D or 3DS MAX (for 3D) it also says the names of the programs in the description if you bothered to check.
