I took your advice and ordered a pair of these. I hope I like them and/or they convince me to get a more expensive rapier :)
I am just dipping my toes in rapier fighting because most of my experience is in Longsword and Olympic fencing.

This might end up being my first rapier.
I've been using Olympic Sabres as standins for a rapier, but this should fit my budget and give me a good benchmark for what I like in a rapier.
If I like the economy, I'll definitely get a custom Castille down the line.

One man's economy rapier is another man's side-sword deluxe.

How's the F2 flex by the way when you cut, bind or parry cuts? Do you recommend the F3?

I'm pretty sure I have F3, they may not have had two versions when I ordered it. I would always recommend the stiffer version of all there weapons if you practice Hema. Bind work will be 'meh' regardless. It'll bend a lot in all motions but thats the cost of safe rapiers. And because these are such a thin profile they'll spin on cuts and hit people on the flat all the time. Over there sword, so you have to learn to tell edge from flat. Pretty whippy like lots of rapiers, but because there short its not as bad as a full length Hanwei. My first time having them I was worried they'd be too floppy but they were passable stiffness.
