Hey, I can not find a staff like yours, what is the least needed stat on it? Like what needs to be T0 and what could also be t1?

You can take out the 3% defense, 3% energy shield, and 9% damages nodes from Warlock. they add the least power.
How are u able to toggle ur charge?
