L'Homme Ideal Extreme EDP is beautiful, I have the older bottle with the red cap. It lasts very long and projects quite well. I'll have to try the parfum as well.
Hey my friend, the Extreme is for some reason exactly my cup of tea from the Guerlain perfumes. Either l'Art de la matiere or not. Stay safe!
Really want to get my nose on these new fragrances, I love vetiver in it's edt concentration.
Excited to hear your thoughts on Vetiver Parfum, which I would gladly pay the price for if it performs well.
Hello my friend, I will surely keep an eye on these releases .. when the novelty prices go down, I will consider getting them. The EDT Vetiver is quite good and I think it´s tough to improve on that, we´ll see. Take care !
Vetiver Parfum is gorgeous. Smokier than the edt and less citrussy. But the lack of citrus makes it far more radiant. I managed to get a bottle for 104 pounds sterling... which is a fair price. 8hrs longevity. Moderate projection, excellent sillage. Thanks

I think you are one of the first to review the Parfum. Alas, I don't think it met your expectations but I'll still try and get a sample. The Extreme is also my favourite.
Hey Sandy, thank you for the comment and for watching. After wearing it some more in the last days, it does "grow" on me. With the right price, it is a good buy. I wish it was stronger though, the word "Parfum" is not used for anything and means nothing anymore, unfortunately.

Salut Dan, nu e ráu "per se", miroase bine insã nu pentru cât cere Guerlain si nu se poartã ca un Parfum. Dunny thing, Chanel Bleu ar fi mai ieftin la 100ml decat Guerlain acuma .. ceea ce e un pic ciudat.

Hello Luis, nice to hear from you. Yeah, I agree that it smells really nice, but the performance is meh .. for some reason. The Habit Rouge Prive is performing like crazy, so Guerlain can do such scents. Maybe it will macerate a little in the bottle. Enjoy yours ! : )
Yeah I might look to swap for Habit Rouge Prive. I heard it’s really good.
My sample that came with my bottle
“Fève Gourmande” has better projection & longevity than Idèal Parfum.
It’s worth a sample for sure

Hey my friend, the performance is moderate still, but I like it more and more. I am looking for a bottle too, if the price is right. Extreme is still stronger, IMO
Smells a lil like DHI (homme intense) in that same ballpark slightly. I have both the sillage here is better than DHI
Really? That's cool, I smell no Iris but it is powdery indeed .. did you got a bottle or a sample?
@@razvanyke I bought a bottle it came yesterday. Always wanted the Extreme tho I never actually pull the trigger. As soon as I seen this new Parfum I ordered it from the website instantly!

It's unfortunate if it doesn't last long. I fell in love with Guerlain L'Homme Idéal's EDP opening a while back. My batch number says it's from 2021. It has the most amazing boozy opening with almond, cherry and a hint of Tobacco. Very masculine and classy. The leather note in the base is nearly non existent. The problem with the formulation is the scent lasts for maybe 1-2 hours max, if you're lucky. It's ridiculous and frustrating. I was hoping the 2024 perfume would give me what I was looking for.
Hello my friend, maybe my nose was tired in the day of the review, who knows. Try it yourself, maybe sample it first and see if for you it is as weak as for me. One thngs is sure, it does smell very nice and classy .. not overly sweet nor generic.
I wish they made a Heritage Parfum. I think I would have preferred that to Vetiver.
That's an awesome idea, I guess it will follow. Vetiver is a bit of a miss, I would say.
Along with l'instant. I imagine these are coming next
