Delphine really nailed it on Vetiver and Ideal Parfums. Vetiver is an incensey/junipery vetiver I haven't smelled anywhere else. Very nice & can be enjoyed all day with only a few sprays. Ideal Parfum is also my favorite alongside Platine Prive. One for daytime warmth, another for cool evenings. But I'm not sold on Habit Rouge Parfum remake of Thierry's Dress Code. It's better than before, but still retains the same mysterious "rubbery stank" when smelled directly. Odd, because the sillage can be so gourmandy-tasty. But overall it isn't worth it... and gets worse over time.
Love the L’homme Ideal Parfum. Boozy, leathery, sweet. I get like a slight cherry note and in the late drydown even something that resembles tobacco. But it's definitely different enough to separate it from the EDP and Extreme. I think this is slight darker because of the leather and therefore more masculine. Real gentleman's fragrance for the fall/winter. I tried the recent bottle of the EDP with the new bottle and it was a skin scent within an hour. So far the parfum is giving me ~7 hours with good projection for the first 90 mins. Could be better, but can't complain
I picked up the L'Homme Parfum & Habit Rouge Parfum. Off my initial impressions, I prefer the Habit Rouge. Unfortunately we're getting into weather that's not suitable for these, so may have to wait till the fall to really dissect them.

Why they replace the old fragrance composition. Why not making new ones, and let the old vintage ones alone. Gest create new names with new fragrances. 😮😢. I still have and love the 2014-2020 fragrances from them.
VETIVER: On my left I have the Parfum, on my right I have the EDT. So, both are very nice smelling fragrances and the quality of the juice is excellent. Now, I am not an expert in identifying the single notes. EDT vs Parfum -> EDT: brighter, classier, grassier, fresher, greener than the Parfum & a lot complexer; Parfum: denser, darker, woodier, much less citrussier, more intense Vetiver, simplified in comparison to the EDT. Projection: The EDT projects a lot more and has better longevity. The Parfum cuts better through the really cold weather, sits closer to the skin. But most of time your are inside. So if you are a fan of more complexe scents, the EDT, not the Parfum, will be the right scent for you. If you're a collector, buy both. If you don't have the money, stay with the EDT.

It smells to me in the same region as Khamzat Smesh by Superz, or maybe CurlyFragrance's new one she put out - boozy, woody, perfect kind of stuff for a high-end casual suit or an evening at the cigar lounge.
you can't get a real scent on paper, which is just right for me or others. Each person has a different metabolism and ph level in the skin and sweat glands that affect what kind of scent is good. Also, each Parfum changes after about 2 to 6 hours - either soft or pungent. What you are talking about is just your paper experiences. the old man wakes up

I got all 3 of them from Belgium (my coworker was there on business trip so he got them for me). I like all of them but Habit Rouge is my favorite.
