    Awhhh shucks, I am a big David Tatel fan and wish this was a video interview. I heard another audio interview with him several weeks ago.
    I am sure this will still be a great interview, Jeffrey Rosen is good in conversation with others.

    It’s “We the People of the United States” not “We the People”, and the rest of it that was omitted because they were required to meet in a congress by Article 13 of the Articles of Confederation is, “in congress assembled” which is the Union and Established Government Authority!
