Thank you for an excellent video on the new Hypermesh version. You've built a fantastic product, and content like this will be key in driving user adoption. However, I believe there are some strategic improvements that could significantly enhance user experience: 1. Content Availability: When searching for tutorials, I mostly find materials on older versions. For those wanting to be job-ready, this forces them to rely on outdated content. Altair must ensure that detailed, updated tutorials are easily accessible to all users online. 2. User-Focused Approach: While your videos cover important topics, they're missing starting models (IGES/FEM files) in the comments. Providing these would allow users to follow along effectively, instead of reverting to older version tutorials where these resources are readily available. 3. Adoption Strategy: Instead of focusing heavily on marketing, invest in making it easier for students and new users to learn the new version. Those who master your innovative product will naturally become your brand ambassadors in the industry. I'll be posting this comment in hopes of seeing your response.
Hello @gawaderajesh, thanks for your feedback. We are actively trying to make users learn the new user interface. E-learning, RUclips channel, community.altair.com are the media we have initiated with the new UI to support our users onboarding with the new interface. E-learning always come with models. For videos exposed in our RUclips channel, we try as much as possible to make the model available in our Community website. We also continue to produce and share content to expose this new UI. Please stay tuned, and feel free to continue to share feedback, especially if you have some specific topic in mind
