making me nervous a hell,here is a old machinist tip,always use a scale or hook never use your hands with chips,never,also take gloves and watch off. all it takes is once mate,in my younger day i watched a employee lose about 12in length of hair from head,all it took for me to be safe around machinery
@@DebbyNovrinal glad to help,there isnt a spot on my hands or a spot on my ears that dont have scars or were holes have healed up,tip of left thumb gone,even had a slither melt right threw prescription safety glasses and stick in pupil of eye,try sleeping with eye taped open and a doc telling me next day you blink ,you lose this eye and then takes a drill with needle and sucks out all the rust from over night. nice job with lathe too by the way,maybe look into a power feed made for a mill
