Some of the dialogues are a bit weird, but what SNK did right was capture every character properly. They don't feel like they act different than they all should.
Kukri is a weird guy His talk is incredibly fast, borderline rude and he often comes as a perv(not to mention he canonically caused several characters into the SNK Heronies dream which makes him actually a weirdo) In this interaction, he is literally shit talking when he could have just say no
