Just received mine. Used it once, charged it and now it won't turn on. 💁🤣
I don't begrudge East Asian companies for working with what they've got, but it would really improve the sense of quality of their devices immensely if they hired a native English speaker to record the prompts. The accented voice prompts make it feel like a cheap no-name device, and I know BenQ has been a big name in monitors and mobile devices for decades!
The monitor over my bench is a BenQ. Its been there for many years now, and it was old when it was given to me.

Only thing that bugs me on these type of devices is all the stupid noises they make when you switch them on and off, that really does boil my piss
Well if they didn't make noise when turning on and off I an sure some lawyer representing a blind person would sue the piss out of the company. That's why these devices beep or make different sounds just like elevators. 1 ding down 2 dings up.
Bit odd the app isn't available in Canada.
My phone is old. Same with the firmware upgrade they asked me to perform. When i tried to download i got a message that windows 7 is not supported so it didn't get updated.

may not have any elecrolytics but it does have tantalum caps that can go S/C .
Tant are not everything that people dream. They do go bang once in awhile.
