Question : if you have a 5-fin box board can you set it up as a twin fin

    Hi there
So how much from the rail do you put your front fins
Where do you measure it the rear of the fin
    Your toe in
Where do you set that in relation to the nose of the board
    I have a fun board
Just figuring out the fin set up to use
From my perspective it's a twin fin set up with a trailer Looks like the camber and toe in is probably better suited for that
Not enough toe in for thrusters and a bit of a distance from rail
Quad set up looks like a no go with the camber and toe in as well.
If I want to use it as a thrusters or quad probably have to pull out front plugs and reset

The answer to his question is rocker. Rocker determines hydraulic pressure which effects where you can stand. And that means where the fins need to be.
Boards with rocker that ignore this, are frustrating to ride.

for a quad setup for the back fins, how close should it be to the rails? what's the pros and cons between having the back fins closer to the rails or closer to the stringer?? thanks in advance!
