If there are game cabs it's most likely in bad condition and/or around 10-20 years old.
A few years back I found an arcade with a DDR machine in the city I was living in. The pad was trashed so badly the forward button didn't register at all. They also had a flight simulator with a broken flaps lever.

Currently im working (part time) in a local arcades at my places. Luckily, it was a well-known arcades (on my places) with a lot of branches spreeded around the country so they still doing good till this days. Although my co-workers who already work on there for a long time admit that they used to have more games and sells more back in the days before smartphone exist. For example, they used to have a lot of card based type of games such animal kaiser, naruto, battle robot (i forget the name), etc, but now they only have 1 which is ultraman, and it only have 2 machines while the used to have atleast 4 for each games.
